With over 20 years of experience in the field of aesthetics and medical aesthetics, Caroline Coulombe combines field expertise, pedagogical rigor, and strategic leadership. Since July 2025, she has held the position of General Director at ODYSEA, where she oversees the promotion of a high-end concept focused on innovation, science, and the customer experience.
Before joining ODYSEA, she successfully managed a clinic in Saint-Bruno, where she held the roles of clinic manager and director of care for over three years. She has also worked as an esthetician, medical aesthetics technician, and trainer for several years in various clinics, as well as at the Édith Serei Academy and the Professional Trades School (EPM).
An entrepreneur at heart, she founded and operated her own clinic, Technique Caroline, for more than 15 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in professional teaching from the University of Quebec at Rimouski (UQAR), which gives her a solid pedagogical approach essential for training teams and transmitting best practices.
Known for her ability to build lasting relationships, structure high-performance clinical environments, and lead teams with kindness and efficiency, Caroline is a key figure in the development and success of ODYSEA.
