Short Biography

Family doctor, professor in the Family Medicine Residency Program at McGill University, expert in medical-aesthetic injections, and award-winning documentary filmmaker. For over 20 years, she has dedicated herself to breaking the taboos surrounding mental health and helping her patients, particularly adolescents, lead fulfilling lives.

She has produced several impactful documentaries, including Doctors Also Cry, broadcast on CBC and incorporated into the medical curriculum of Quebec universities, Beautiful Difference on autism, and Teens and Anxiety (TVA), which explores how art can sometimes replace medication.

A recognized speaker, she has conducted over 50 workshops across Canada in collaboration with the Canadian Medical Association. Active with the United Nations through the IHAN organization, she received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her 20 years of volunteer work with Shield of Athena, a shelter for victims of domestic violence.
